Returns: Shopping online for something you typically smell in stores requires a bit of a work around, I get it. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your Upside Goods Co. order, please contact me directly at hello@upsidegoodsco.comand share a little bit more about what's going on. While not every order can be returned, replaced or exchanged, it's my commitment to give you the peace of mind with every purchase that you place with Upside and know that my goal is that you are happy and able to enjoy each and every item you purchase. 


A lot of care goes into packaging each order with love but sometimes things happen in transit that are out of my control.  In the event you have received a package and your candle is damaged and unable to be enjoyed, please send me an email at with a picture of the product, the box (to show any damage) and the bottom of the box to show the seal of certification and I will work with you to resolve the situation to make sure your order is taken care of. Please make sure to submit this information within 72 hours of receiving your order.
